18 July 2001 Future Group Scoops Million-Word CRM (Customer Relationship Management) Project Future Group, the leading Middle Eastern localization company, is now drawing up plans to start work on a massive new Customer Relationship Management (CRM) project. This project will include the translation of over one million words from English to Arabic. This will be Future Group’s first project for a major CRM developer following their recent appointment as the developer’s preferred Arabic localization provider. It is the client’s largest ever localization project and will involve the localization of their help files, documentation, and software, as well as software testing and engineering. The project will be based on mutual trust and cooperation between the two organizations and aims to maintain the client’s reputation for having quality localized products. It will also help the CRM developer to establish new customer relationships with other global organizations. The choice of Future Group for this project was based on its meticulous quality cycle. This was developed as the fruit of its experience in the Arabization of computer applications and its role as one of the leading providers of Arabic language services for major global corporations.
